My Project

Teaching kids with disabilities requires a lot of love, patience, and enthusiasm. It also requires a lot of learning and knowledge. If I can’t address their sensory needs, then I can’t get my students regulated, which means we go through sessions with slow-to-no progress. I would like to purchase the Autism Little Learners membership to address the needs of my Autistic learners and support their language. I need to get access to new strategies, handouts, and ready-to-use adaptive materials created by SLP for SLPs, and integrate them into my speech therapy sessions. This membership contains lots of visuals, social stories, and an adapted book library to encourage storytelling and overall communication. The subscription speech box comes with tons of unique printable and digital language activities, visual stories, prepped vocabulary and sequencing cards, sentence strips, games, mini objects, and so much more! It would be a huge addition to our storytelling activities! Teachers Pay Teachers gift card will help to supplement our storytelling with ready-made book-related companions. It will make our learning so exciting and ensure that even my youngest learners stay motivated while making real progress toward their communication goals.
