Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are excited about reading comics and making their own comics. They also love to write. I bought fun writing tools for them to get them more excited to practice their writing skills.

I am requesting pencil pouches to hold these fun writing tools, as well as blank comic books and sketchbooks to give my students options and let them feel more creative and more engaged in the writing (and creation) process.

We have a maker space in our classroom and having these blank sketchbooks will allow my students to draw out their ideas and plan before creating their projects.
