Our Garden Needs Some gLOVE!

My Project

Our Community Garden is coming along swimmingly, and we are so grateful to everyone who has assisted with this project so far!

As spring approaches... it is time to start growing!

As we involve our students in this wonderful process, we need to protect their tiny hands with some kids-sized gardening gloves. We are also in need of some heavy-duty tools, like shovels and shears, for planting preparation and eventual upkeep of the garden.

The garden aims to become a community-centered space, where students and their families may come to connect with nature, find nourishing food options, and explore the beautiful complexity of plant life and biodiverse green-space. Food grown in the garden will be available for community members to bring home, and, eventually, for cafeteria staff to prepare and serve in school meals. Your support allows us to realize this vision; your donation contributes to a healthier student-body, community, and environment, and we could not be more grateful to everyone who has helped and continues to help us along on this meaningful journey!
