This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I made this project to upgrade and restock our Wellness Room!

In this project there are more books to add to our social-emotional library, games to add to our game cabinet along with new kinetic sand sandscape (this will be a great tool to help the kids refocus their attention with they are having strong emotions at school). This restock/upgrade will give the kids new things to look at, play with, and help control their feelings with!

Last year the Elementary Wellness room had 3,000 student visits over the course of the year from grades TK all the way to our 8th graders. It was a huge success and with your support, we can make it even better this year!
