My Project

A school counselor's office serves as a safe haven where students can express their feelings, work through challenges, and find emotional support. The selected items—such as fidget toys, tissues, games, rugs, stress balls, and calming visuals—are essential tools that help meet students’ social-emotional needs. These resources promote emotional regulation, reduce anxiety, and support focus during counseling sessions. Having a well-equipped space ensures students feel welcome, understood, and supported. These small but meaningful items empower students to cope with difficult emotions and build resilience both in and out of the classroom.
