Help me give my students extra security with non-contact thermometers during these uncertain times as we embark to return to hybrid learning.
FULLY FUNDED! Mrs. Taylor's classroom raised $513

My Students
My school is located in a low-income neighborhood with students from diverse backgrounds. Over 95% of the population qualifies for free school meals. We are a Title I school. My classroom consists of special needs students who put their best foot forward every day.
My upper elementary are eager to learn and deserve quality materials.
With differentiated learning needs, having the right materials and resources is key. Each student is unique and has different learning styles. We deserve quality resources and experiences that will shape their future. Being that we are a Title I school, however, it’s often a challenge to find funding to purchase materials and resources. Basic classroom supplies and technology are in high demand in our school. Our students deserve to experience high-quality education and resources to nurture their learning experience.
My Project
These project materials will allow us the ability to screen children more accessibly. We want to be able to proactively assist with maintaining the safety of each other and ourselves as we begin to transition to a hybrid learning model. We know materials have been promised to have been ordered and delivered but we would feel more secure with a simple tool such as a forehead temperature scanner to help with quick response. We each have to be vigilant as we work to return to school safely. This would go a long way in making day to day school safer.
More than three‑quarters of students from low‑income households
