Osmos for the Awesome

My Students

I have the pleasure of teaching twenty-five of the most caring, creative and intelligent first graders in Ohio. Our class consists of students from Delaware, Ohio who come to school every day ready to learn and utilize technology to help them surpass their goals.

These students are challenged each day with high expectations and differentiated instruction to help meet their individual needs.

My classroom consists of both gifted learners and regular education students. Either way, everything we do in our classroom is completed with the help of stations to make sure students are with peers who possess similar learning needs.

My Project

I'm requesting two Apple iPad tablets and two Osmo Genius Kits. My students can use Osmo kits every day during math and reading stations to help them lead their own learning. During our station rotations, my students need activities that are engaging and easy to use.

The Osmo Genius kits are perfect to achieve this goal and work for my gifted students, as well as students who need more practice in a specific area.

The Apple iPads are necessary to run the Osmo programs, but can also be used in a variety of ways for other classroom learning activities.

My students will love to use these machines in their daily activity as they work towards mastering the skills needed to advance to the next grade level.
