My students need Osmo Pizza, Coding Jam, and Hot Wheels Mindracers to continue our learning centers, learn team work, practice identifying emotions, and following directions.

My Students
The students in my classroom all have a disAbilities, some are more profound than others. Each student comes from different cultural and social economic backgrounds. Their abilities outweigh their differences.
We work together to make our abilities show and disabilities disappear.
Students are learning to take charge of their learning. We use a multitude of technology, paper/pencil tasks and programs to learn and grow each day. Students learn about themselves and how to be a productive member of society.
My Project
We use Omso's every day in our classroom. We need a few more activities so that everyone can participate. MindRacer's works on team work, processing time, and being a good sport. Pizza allows us to work on identifying emotions, following directions, fractions, and money. Coding Jam teaches us to code while learning about music.
During our Osmo time students work on skills that are weak in a fun way.
Students work at their own pace. These activities don't require them to be literate and allow all students to participate no matter their level. Literacy in all areas increases as we move through the levels in each game.
More than half of students from low‑income households
Data about students' economic need comes from the National Center for Education Statistics, via our partners at MDR Education. Learn more
