My Project

Our school is comprised of K-2 students that learn best through hands-on, engaging experiences. We recently upgraded our computer lab from 1:1 desktops to 1:1 iPads as a way to keep up with technological advances. Teaching our young students how to utilize the iPad's digital resources in a positive way, and learning social norms in the technology world is a top priority in my classes. I would love to provide balanced digital opportunities for kids to learn and explore. Many parents these days are concerned about their young children getting too much screen time, these materials will enable us to keep screen time academically focused in a hands-on positive way.

Our school is dedicated to expanding our students’ digital world by exposing them to a wide variety of activities that meet their diverse needs, and the Osmo kit is just the tool to meet those needs.

While exploring these kits students will increase their skills in problem-solving, math, science, art, geography, reading, listening, logic, coding, and computer programing. The Osmo observes and responds to each child’s real-life movements. This is sure to capture each learner’s attention and create a love of learning. These kits provide a balanced approach to digital learning. The truth is that there lies a genius inside every kid, so why not go ahead and grant us the “genius” kit, drawing kit, and coding kit to push our students to their highest potential and allow them to have fun while learning!
