Origami Paper Relief Sculptures

My Project

I would love my 5th grade artists to be able to create Origami Paper Relief Sculptures. I would like to give them a hands-on opportunity to create a three-dimensional relief sculpture.

The paper cutter would be essential to this project in order to cut the paper into a variety of perfectly measured square to ensure the success of their designs, but would also benefit every grade level to prep art projects.

Students would learn about radial symmetry, color theory and a variety of origami folds to create their relief sculptures.
