My Students
My students are very hardworking and deserving of every opportunity. They enjoy working on projects and do well when we can work together.
My students are 5th graders that like to think for themselves and need that extra push to help form those ever expanding ideas.
Many of them have some difficulties outside of school, that I want school to be the place where they can go to feel and be safe to explore those ideas. They are the key to our future and I want them to continue in their learning career with the same passion they have today.
My Project
I recently moved schools and grade levels. I see 2 different groups of students during the day, so organization is key to helping keep things separated so nothing gets misplaced.
These students are curious and have asked about when our classroom will be able to have places to help us orgaize our things.
They get so frustrated at having to share their desk, that work usually goes missing or is thrown away by mistake. We need to be able to have a space where each class can keep their books and workbooks in a space where it can be kept track of. It will also help them learn organizational skills, which is one of those life skills that is so important to have as you get older. The lamp will be a help as well. We prefer to have the lights dimmed and our room doesn't have that option. We can now tirn out the bright florescent lights, but still be able to see with our lamp! Please hep our organizational dream come true.
