This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Margaret Fuller once said: "Fair isn't everyone getting the same thing. Fair is everyone getting what they need in order to be successful." I firmly believe every child should have access to a wide variety of educational tools in order to successfully implement learning in their everyday lives.
My students face many challenges because of their limited knowledge of the English language.
Over 90% of the students at my school receive free and reduced price lunch, which makes our school a Title I school. These children have little access, if none, to technology at home. My students are a wonderful and sweet bunch. They are grateful for the opportunities they have to learn, and I enjoy sharing my passion of teaching reading and writing with my eager learners.
My Project
Help my students get organized while having fun. My students need 26 seat storage sacks and chair leg caps. The seat storage will be used to store textbooks and access materials faster while being visually appealing. The chair leg caps will help keep the floor scratch free. Time is precious, and every moment counts when you are a teacher.
Help me give my students the opportunity to learn with these materials.
Please consider helping me build their knowledge and make a difference in their education. Every donation makes a difference.
