My Project

My fifth grade students are curious, creative, and full of potential. Every day, they walk into our classroom eager to learn, collaborate, and express themselves.

In order to make the most of their learning experiences, we need a few essential tools to stay organized, fuel their creativity, and support their academic growth.

This project will provide our class with a high-quality Epson EcoTank printer to create colorful classroom materials, student projects, and engaging visuals without the constant need for costly ink refills.

The $100 Teachers Pay Teachers gift cards will allow me to purchase high-quality, standards-aligned resources created by fellow educators to meet the diverse learning needs of my students.

To help us stay organized, I’m requesting a twenty-four pack of clear plastic pencil boxes so each student can have their own clean, personalized space for supplies. We’ll also benefit from a heavy-duty electric pencil sharpener that will keep our tools ready to go all day long!

Students will love using the bright, fun, Paper Mate Flair scented pens and colorful Expo markers to bring their learning to life. Ticonderoga pencil-shaped erasers will make fixing mistakes a little more fun (and a lot more effective). And to support the sensory needs of students who benefit from fidget tools or calming aids, I’m including textured sensory strips for their desks.

Each of these items is a small piece of a much bigger picture; a classroom where kids feel prepared, supported, and excited to learn.
