Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our classroom has minimal storage and students' desks do not have any storage for students materials. The organizational bins will help students keep their materials organized at their desks in our classroom. One of the traits we work on in 5th grade is being organized and learning how to be organized before moving to middle school. The magnet wands will be used for hands-on phonics lessons to make learning to read more hands-on for those students who are still learning to read.
The goal of this project is to help students learn how to organize their materials and stay organized in the learning environment.
The goal of the magnet wands is to increase engagement in phonics lessons for older students.
My students are eager to learn and to work in their learning environment!
