Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am a Math/Science teacher at a Title Ischool in Tampa, where 99% of my students are on the free lunch program. However, they do not let this define them. My students love working with their hands and exploring new items. I would love to have new STEM items to enhance our Science standards.
We will use the fan to fight gravity, the balloons and cotton balls for force, headphones to keep our room quiet, bins/cart to help us organize, dinosaurs to help with fossils and bones, and so many other things.
