This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Most of my students learn in multiple ways. They sometimes need to use visuals or manipulatives to organize, understand, and solve math problems. Having easy access to math resources is a fundamental key to learning. An organized classroom will help my middle school students decide what tools they need to solve and show their mathematical thinking. I decided to create this project because most of the math materials are lost and misplaced due to several classroom changes in the past years. My students work better when they know where their materials are.
