This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Being from a specific lower socio-economic area in Los Angeles, CA, with all Latin American background students in a special education day class, we deserve to enjoy new furniture! This time we need a nice kidney table to have our best whole group instruction, with not marks, scratches or unerasable stains.
Likewise, our students need nice bins to help organize their cubes, manipulatives and fun academic activities.
Sometimes zip-lock backs just give out or students forget to close these bags and the mess can frustrate them and cause a fun activity to be tarnished.
