Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The basic school supply extras that I'm requesting will help my students organize their morphology binders. The index cards will be used by the students for creating the Greek and Latin based words along with prefixes and suffixes. The students will keep the index cards in the mesh pouch. The binders will house all the work the students do. The color coded tabs and card stock will help organize each section of the binders.

With these materials, it will set up a clear and organized path to learn new vocabulary.

As my students continue to build their vocabulary through word study, it will help them improve their reading comprehension and fluency.
