Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I have this classroom incentive in my classroom, but I need some bins to organize everything in. I am worried about bugs since most of these items are food. So I want to make sure the candy and items are in some airtight containers.

Also, I work with students with disabilities, so the containers need to be clear so they can see what is in them.

If they cannot see the items then I know they will forget about it.

My students have been getting sick, so I wanted some Lysol spray to spray on the bean bag area. Since I know it rarely gets clean. That way I can help stop the spreading of germs.

My students struggle with body odor. So I tend to keep a wax warmer on to help negate this. This smell is one the students enjoy and I am almost out of it.

Lastly, the students already have the dry-erase makers, but I'm almost out. I teach math and I have little whiteboards on their desks. They use it instead of scratch paper. This saves me a lot of paper and the students enjoy it. Since they use it every day, my markers run out pretty fast. So I just need a few more of these!
