This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The key to mastering mathematics is practice, practice, practice, and you can't practice without referring back to your notes and previous practice.
These binders will help my students develop organizational and executive functioning skills equitably, so that all students have the materials needed to remain organized.
By giving each student a binder, I will be able to support them in storing and referencing previous notes, learning strategies to remain organized, and figuring out systems that work best for them! With everyone organized, we can focus on what really matters: learning mathematics, and building relationships in the classroom.
