This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We need your help keeping our classroom supplies organized. My special education students can not function in a disorganized classroom. These supplies will help us create an organize classroom. We were able to get 3d printing pens donated to our classroom and my students love them. Unfortunately, these pens need to be charged constantly and it is very hard to charge all of them at the same time.

We need to set up a charging station so that we can keep our pens ready to create math manipulatives, art projects and other items.

We also need storage bins for our classroom supplies. Right now our classroom is a little disorganized. We have our items in bins but we have to pull out every bin to see what is in them. Our current bins are breaking apart and different colors and materials because I collected them over the years. This makes our classroom look uninviting. We not only want a place that is organized, we want a classroom that is welcoming to our students.

The storage bins, organizer, and jars will help us organize our supplies such as paper, pens, erasers, glue sticks, sketch pads, highlights and more. These materials will help us create a functioning working space for our students and a welcoming classroom learning environment.
