This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As 5th grade students, my children will need to switch between two classrooms and multiple subjects. Using these pouches, students will be taught to organize their materials and/or assignments. My students will be responsible for their own data collecting and tracking. These pouches would also serve as school-to-home communication pouches, allowing parents to stay up to date with classroom events and student progress. Teaching organization will assist students in becoming more goal-oriented. This is an important skill for students to master prior to moving on to middle school.
