Organization Is Key!

My Students

Our second-grade students are an amazing group of children from various economic backgrounds. They come to school each day eager to learn with can-do attitudes. We are a Title I school with around 60% of our students receiving free lunch. All of our students come to school eager, excited and interested in learning! However, not all of those students have the supplies they need to be successful. Organization is a major component in having a successful day. Being able to quickly locate what you need can help a student stay on task and complete their work. Many students are in need of storage items that can help to keep them organized.

My Project

Many students struggle with organization. Organization is a life long skill that everyone students will need to be successful throughout their educational career as well as in their life.

Having personal storage will help students stay organized.

Pencil and crayon boxes will provide a place for students to store their personal items so they will be able to locate their items when they need them. Crayon boxes will keep the crayons better protected than the paper boxes that they come in.

Group caddies will help the groups stay organized. They will make class supply distribution quick and the supplies easily accessible.
