I want to make school a place my students want to come to, not have to. My students are truly my passion. These learners come from various types of homes, families, backgrounds, and have several different learning styles.
My teaching philosophy is to educate my students by doing and creating.
Nothing makes me happier as an educator than to see my students using their own innovation and ideas to grasp concepts.
As a teacher, I would love to help my students learn organizational skills that can transfer to the real world.
My Project
Time is on the essence in 4th grade! We have a stacked schedule filled with language arts, science, reading, math, and social studies. Who has time to go to their lockers in between these subjects? My kids sure don't! That is why I am asking for chair pockets for my students.
These chair pockets will cut down on idle time lingering in the hallways at lockers to change out books and binders.
The students will be able to keep their items at their desks. These tools will also help students learn important organizational skills.
