This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I have been looking to increase my student library for quite some time now! With having books come in, I need to have areas in the classroom where students can access the books easily. That is what this project is about!
I am seeking a bookshelf, bookends, and book organizers to organize our books in the classroom!
The bookshelf will be used to organize all of our books in the classroom. We will have places to store all of the books we are using. I want students to have the ability to access the books in the classroom whenever they can. This bookshelf will help students look at books they are interested in, and select books they would love to practice their reading abilities.
The bookends will be used to store the books so we can utilize as much space as possible. I would love to be able to put books on the shelf, and have enough room to have other books beside the other ones in the future. The bookends will help us cut extra space so we can use as much as possible to store books. The last item is for book organizers. We will be able to organize books by holidays, themes, and topics. It will make it easier for myself and my students to look for particular topics we are looking for.
These book organizers will be extremely beneficial in our classroom. We hope you see something special in this project, and thank you for taking the time to read about it!
