My Project

This fall, I will begin my third year as a teacher, and for the first time, I will be returning to the same grade level, first grade! After two years of learning, growing, and adapting across different roles, I am excited to build on what I have learned and create an even stronger classroom environment for my students. One big goal of mine is to improve how we manage the constant flow of paper that comes with a busy, hands-on first-grade classroom.

I am requesting donations to help us purchase durable plastic storage bins and a label maker to create a clear, structured system for managing student papers, classroom materials, and daily work.

The storage bins will give each subject or student group a designated spot for their materials, while the label maker will allow us to create clear, consistent labels that help even the youngest readers stay organized.

By having an organized system in place, I will be able to stay on top of paperwork, reduce clutter, and make more efficient use of instructional time. A well-organized classroom helps create a calm, predictable environment that benefits both students and the teacher, allowing me to focus more on teaching and less on tracking down missing materials.
