This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The three pronged folders are going to be used to help my students stay organized throughout the year, the prongs will help them keep resources that should be used all year safe and accessible.

For the Journals, I have been developing an Oregon trail simulation where the students are "put through" scenarios that people might have faced on the oregon trail instead of just reading about them.

I would like to add a journalling aspect where students would need to write 2-3 Journal entries a week about their experiences on the Oregon trail, this would help them keep track of oregon trail dates. As well as what they are experiencing on the oregon trail.

Please help my idea become a reality for these kids.
