Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
"Everything we do, we do together." This powerful mantra echoes through the walls of my elementary music classroom, where I have the privilege of guiding 800 diverse students on their musical journey. As a music teacher in a Title I school, I am dedicated to fostering a sense of equity, inclusivity, and community in our shared exploration of the world of music.
I am reaching out to you for support in acquiring educational materials and technology that will transform our classroom into a dynamic space of collaboration.
A Bluetooth speaker and a color-changing light will elevate our sonic and visual experience. This interactive addition will deepen our connection, making our shared musical exploration even more engaging and memorable. “Everything we do, we do together.”
Recognizing the diverse learning needs of my students, I am also seeking headphones for the electric keyboards, providing a personalized and comfortable space for each individual to discover and nurture their unique musical talents.
