This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

This is orchestra and guitar class. My students are brilliant, highly motivated. We love to play musical instruments. Many of my students say that orchestra class is the best, their favorite in school. They can not effort to have their individual instruments and materials. We want to play with our own instruments. Many students are sharing one instrument due to a shortage of instruments. We are building collaboration work which is working together, making unity and harmony. My students will be leaders of the community. Would you please help us to learn and enjoy music in school and students' life?

My Project

All of our students want to learn to play the orchestral instrument at least once in their lives. Our classes can only have one or two playing the instrument, and students have to share it. Students want to take instruments home to learn more and practice their skills. We are requesting rest, strings and music stands.

Students are learning to collaborate to work with others playing together.

Playing instruments makes students confident, leadership. Students need to play together with their assigned instruments. Orchestra can't be learned over the shoulder while watching someone else playing. It will enhance the environment not only in the classroom, but on the concert stage as well.
