Operation: Help Teens Implement Coping Strategies: A GO!

Help me give my students help with managing their emotions. Anxiety and depression are on the rise. Individual playdoh for fidgets will be helpful, and the baby monitor is for a breakout space for students' monitoring.

My Project

We've seen teen anxiety and depression increase exponentially since the start of the pandemic, but even before the pandemic, anxiety and depression were increasing in teens.

Our teens need our help to develop and implement effective coping strategies.

Coping strategies will help them build resilience, which will, in turn, help them to be successful in life.

Teaching them strategies, through the resources purchased here, and implementing them (fidgets/play-doh) will help them to find success on a daily basis and in life. Having a supervised space to implement coping strategies (baby monitor) will help them to get back to their school day and finish out the day successfully.
