My Project
Open Circle books for read-aloud. New-ish teacher with a library that lacks updated books. These books are essential for accompanying lessons throughout the year.
What is Open Circle?
Open Circle is a comprehensive, whole-school social and emotional learning (SEL) program for elementary schools. Open Circle provides training and K-6 curricula that focus on two goals: Strengthening students’ social-emotional skills related to self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, interpersonal relationships, and problem-solving. Fostering safe, caring and engaging classroom and school communities
My students love story time, so these would be absolutely perfect for our social-emotional learning.
