My Project
This is the second of two courses on evidence based practices to use with students on the autism spectrum.
The courses covers several different strategies to use such as Pivotal Response Training, Functional Communication, Parent-Implemented Intervention, Task Analysis, Naturalistic Intervention, Computer Aided Instruction, Social Narratives, and Modeling.
These practices will help me improve working with my students. I have a self contained autism classroom. We work with students that can not be served in their home schools due to the severity of their disabilities.
I also help mentor/train several paraprofessionals and teachers.
