We already have some tablets that I was able to purchase at a low cost from an auction, but we are not quite one-to-one. Having these additional tablets would allow us to do so much more in class when each student would have their own device.
I love to make use of websites such as IXL and Kahoot to keep learning engaging and differentiated among students.
However, we are currently limited with these options because we do not have one-to-one technology. We can really only use these platforms when we are able to check out one of our school’s two Chromebook carts, which are in high demand. Eliminating this hurdle would help to open up options that make my life easier, and students’ learning more successful.
