My Project

Our students are all special needs, ages 3-21. They enjoy things all students enjoy: hanging out with their friends, listening to music, all types of books, going to new places, and seeing new things. Sometimes they aren't very quiet or still, but they love books and being read to. Some of our students struggle with mental health and are working to use their coping skills. The fish tank offers a soothing space when students have BIG feelings.

This project will allow my students to practice caring for fish and have a soothing spot to read or chat with the fish.
