This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students like listening to stories, drawing and playing. Every day we read in groups, with a partner and independently. These books will help us learn new vocabulary and decode cvc words that rhyme.
Decodable books will support my students to read independently.
We will be able to use these books during center time to work with a partner and small groups. They will keep my students engaged while I teach small groups to read. These activities will help my students practice and learn new words. My students will enjoy using these books daily.
