My Project
We have 725 eager readers at our school! This project will provide our school with a book vending machine. This machine will be used to continue to build a love for literacy by getting books into students' hands. We will use the book vending machine in conjunction with our PBIS rewards system.
These book machines have been a huge success at many schools across the country and our school would love the opportunity to add one to our building.
We will fill the vending machine with great books and students will be able to earn tokens to choose a free book to take home. Giving students opportunities to work towards earning a book will get the kids excited about literacy. Our goal is to get students to love literacy and this vending machine will help us work toward that goal.
