I teach 18 Kindergarteners who are hungry to learn! Our goal for Kindergarten is to become strong readers. My students adore Mo Willems and have fallen in love with his silly characters- Gerald & Piggie. They have fun adventures that make my children smile. I would love to expose them to more of his literature as we do not have many of his books in our library. Lately, we have been learning about what authors and illustrators do, the neat thing about Mr. Willems is that he is both!
