This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are creative, dedicated and full of questions! They absolutely love the challenges, being active, and engaging in projects and challenges that allow them to think outside the box to find solutions. They come to school each day ready to try new things and take brave chances in order to grow both personally and academically. Truly, they are my inspiration.

My students have the capability of excelling in all their hearts' desires. Through the daily challenges faced by this pandemic, they have managed to continue furthering their education and being active participants in their learning.
My Project
These fun-filled party favors will help in developing their social skills, sharing, communicating, and enhancing their creativity. Because of the many changes due to COVID, water bottles are now a need on our campus. Students will be able to fill and refill their bottles. This helps in promoting healthy choices. The sunglasses will protect them when they are out playing with their peers and engaging in social activities on campus. The bubbles will help students engage in an outside activity that promotes friendship, sharing, and mental and emotional wellness. My students will apply their problem-solving and social skills through different activities using the sidewalk chalk and beach balls in our project. As we try to go into some sense of normalcy and students returning to the classroom, students must continue to practice great hygiene. The pocket sanitizers would be handy for my students to continue developing their health and wellness. Now the sling backpacks will help in not only promoting social-emotional learning but in keeping their personal items in one place.
By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, but you will also ultimately help to increase their academic achievement as well as their social skills.
Because of the pandemic, students were unable to socialize outside their homes and at school. Through the use of these items and incorporating them with lessons, students will be able to work and excel in their social development.
