Art is not often offered to our students but is so very important. I want to teach and expose my students to various learning opportunities. Our class does not have many art supplies other than crayons and markers, which is why this project is an essential educational experience. Having the bookmarks will help them create, build, and engage with art in a more meaningful way. T The Teacher Pay Teacher gift cards will allow me to have access to resources that promote art and replenish our art bin with items created by teachers, for teachers. There are lessons like "A T-SHirt Design by Me" My students are becoming more familiar with Cricut and Silhouette design space and that would be a great culmination of our lesson, to complete an end-of-the-year project with an art activity they have created. There are art activities that teach math skills like symmetry and incorporate art. The Dr. Suess-themed pencils are to replenish the pencils we have used thus far. The Giftcard is to ensure that any necessary materials needed can be easily purchased to complete our Art experiences. Rainbow scratch boards are a great way to creatively display abstract art.
I want to make my classroom a learning environment that all my students can enjoy.
