My Project

At this point in the year, I always notice that many of my hottest titles have gone missing in my classroom library, and it's time to replenish them for the new year. It's important that I have "just right books" to put in my students hands, especially for my reluctant readers, on day one.

In addition to needing a robust classroom library, my classroom depends on art supplies including colored pencils ands markers, for much of its project-based learning, especially for my ancient civilization class.

From Egyptian burial tombs made out of shoeboxes, to mini-exhibits of Chinese inventions made in Altoids tins, we go through A LOT of materials each year.

These books and projects are what make my classroom a magical place where students cannot wait to dive in. Please help us maintain that rigor!
