Laminating sheets might not seem like an essential item, but they are an absolute necessity in an elementary classroom! By laminating my math and literacy activities, they become more durable for little hands to manipulate and use over and over. I also like to laminate special artwork pieces throughout the year for students to take home in a memory book.
I use laminating sheets every single week to preserve my center activities, various classroom materials and student artwork.
By laminating classroom items, it ultimately helps frequently used items last so much longer and keeps my teaching materials and activities safe.
Also needed are velcro dots to make various games for the kids. The internet has marvelous resources to add to my centers and small groups.
