My Project
What I love most about my students is their curiosity, energy, and willingness to try new things. Each student brings a unique personality and perspective, which makes teaching Physical and Health Education exciting and meaningful. I enjoy watching them grow—not only in their physical abilities but also in their confidence, teamwork, and understanding of healthy lifestyle choices.
Each resource I use is selected to support different aspects of their learning:
1. Interactive games and activities help students engage physically while developing coordination, strength, and teamwork skills.
2. Visual aids and posters reinforce key concepts like nutrition, body systems, and mental health, making abstract ideas more accessible.
3. Videos and digital tools offer real-life examples and demonstrations, helping visual learners and enhancing understanding through multimedia.
4. Health journals and reflection activities encourage students to think about their own well-being and take personal responsibility for healthy habits.
Together, these resources create a balanced approach that supports physical development, critical thinking, and lifelong healthy choices.
