This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The specific items I am requesting will help maintain a healthy school environment. Many students do not have access to needed items such as sanitary pads, band aids, and wipes. I see around 20-25 students daily who lack funds at home for these supplies. They come to the Nurse’s office for assistance and with a limited budget, there are only so many to go around. Many students are also very involved in sports and activities after school that can cause injury. They often have no access to care and rely on me to assist them. The supplies requested will help me help them!
