My Project
Our students are bright, curious, and determined learners who are working hard to build foundational math skills. Many of them benefit from small-group interventions to catch up or keep up with their peers. With the right tools and support, they are more than capable of reaching their full potential. This project will provide my students with number lines and math flash cards to support targeted math interventions. These hands-on tools are essential for helping students visualize numbers, practice basic operations, and develop fluency in addition and subtraction.
Many of our students struggle with number sense and basic math facts, which can make more complex math concepts feel overwhelming.
Number lines help them better understand number relationships and operations, while flash cards provide repetitive practice in a fun and engaging way.
With these resources, we'll be able to create interactive math stations and tailor activities to each student’s needs. This will help build their confidence, improve their speed and accuracy, and foster a more positive attitude toward math.
