My Students
My students go to school on the West-Side of Chicago. They come from low-income homes that want the best for their children but don't have the resources to assist in their education. Since funding is low in the schools, the students are at a disadvantage than other schools. Our students need to have technology to grow and develop in this society. This is the era of technology and to not be able to have it at home or school puts our students way behind. We need the students to succeed and become the best they can be regardless of where they live or go to school. Every student should have technology in their school!
My Project
Can you imagine not being able to hear when listening to a story when using a projector? Well, that's what my students are going through right now.
My students are unable to hear the stories while using the projector and they need a Bluetooth speaker to help them to hear better.
They are always saying I can't hear, I can't hear. The volume is very low using the projector so the students have a hard time hearing the stories. I try my best to cut it up, but the volume is still too low to hear. So if they don't listen very closely they won't be able to hear it at all. The student shouldn't have to strain in order to hear stories during language arts and mathematics.
By having the Bluetooth speaker my students would be able to hear the stories very well and know what is happening in the story. My students will be able to answer questions better because they will be able to hear. My students won't have to strain in order to hear the story, but be able to hear it more clearer with volume. This will also be very beneficial so that the students can excel in language arts and mathematics by having the Bluetooth speaker in order to hear the lessons.
