This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
New reading materials are so exciting for our classroom environment. You will never know how much impact these reading materials provide my students. Students completely engage in learning with graphic novels and this is not always an easy task for a teacher. In third grade, it is important for students to engage in novel studies to increase their reading comprehension. Having physical books for students to read helps student grow in their literacy.
This project will help my students grow in their reading comprehension and literacy by providing them their own book to read and engage in during the unit.
"Charlottes Web" is well liked by the third graders and gets them excited to read.
