Authentic literature is needed! My students love novel studies but we need a class set in order to do this! I am requesting 30 copies of City of Ember, an engaging novel that examines how technology can be helpful and harmful to society and also how our reliance on technology is a precarious balance.
My students need to hold real books in their hands.
We will practice vocabulary, dive into plotting a story and work on character traits. This novel is a great introduction to our persuasive writing unit on technology! Thank you in advance for giving!
