My Project
I am looking to continue adding to my classroom collection of Novel Study Books. Giving students the ability to pick out a book that interests them only adds to their excitement of learning. Every 5 weeks, the students get to pick out a new novel study book to read and discuss in a group setting.
Reading opens up new possibilities for students.
I wish to give my students access to good reading material that they will enjoy, well also helping them gain vocabulary knowledge and understanding of literature.
My students are special because they love to learn, but do not always have the tools needed to further their learning at home. I hope to give them the ability to use some of these tools in my classroom.
