My Project

As a culinary arts educator, I believe that learning never stops—not for my students, and certainly not for me. Every day in the classroom, I strive to inspire curiosity, creativity, and confidence in the kitchen. But to do that well, I must also continue to grow, to explore, and to challenge myself as a professional. That’s why I’m reaching out with a heartfelt request: I am seeking cookbook donations to support my own professional development.

Cookbooks are more than just collections of recipes.

They are rich with culture, technique, and storytelling. They offer insight into the minds of chefs, the traditions of communities, and the evolution of food itself. For me, each cookbook is a mentor in print—guiding me through new cuisines, sharpening my skills, and helping me bring fresh ideas into the classroom.

By donating a cookbook, you’re not just giving me a resource—you’re investing in the continued growth of a teacher who is passionate about sharing the joy of cooking with the next generation.
