Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Working with kids is one of the most rewarding jobs anyone can have. My students are always in need of composition notebooks to use throughout the entire school year.
Most of my students do not come to school with notebooks, and I would like to make sure that everyone has the notebooks needed on day one.
This year I am hoping to preserve the waxed floor look in my classroom. In order to do this we are in desperate need of a few things. By getting the furniture leg protective sleeves and the felt pads we can help keep our classroom floor from being scratched up. These will help make the room fill comfortable, and more inviting which is so important for students. Typical we do not make it pass the second month of school before our floors begin loosing the shine. In addition I am asking for a step ladder to be able to use in my classroom throughout the entire year to help hang things on walls. Right now it can be hard to get access to one of the few ladders in our school building, making it challenging to hang things on my walls.
